Kirsty Newman has spent almost 20 years building commercial growth for some of the world's most recognised beauty and luxury brands.

At L'Oréal Group and Coty, she managed multi-million pound P&Ls and led teams of 16 across YSL Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Lancôme, and Rimmel - among many others. Her career has spanned brand strategy, commercial planning, digital and ecommerce, and direct engagement with venture capital on funding and expansion.

She now brings that same rigour directly to founder-led businesses, with results that speak for themselves, including taking a wellness brand from loss-making to 44% revenue growth and a successful second location.

Kirsty founded The Boutique Consultancy to give ambitious brands access to exceptional commercial expertise without the overhead of a large agency or the commitment of a full-time hire.

Gaia brings over a decade of leadership across health clubs, private clubs, hospitality, wellness, and aesthetics. Her career began in Milan at a premium private health club, where she built a solid foundation in service, culture, and operational excellence.

In London, she quickly progressed through top-tier brands like Harvey Nichols, Virgin Active, Third Space, and Soho House - carving her path from team leader to senior management. Known for driving team performance and enhancing customer journeys, Gaia later transitioned into luxury aesthetics, where she managed multi-site clinics, refining her expertise in operational strategy, customer experience, and leading high-performing teams.

Having met Kirsty as a mentor during her own development, Gaia now works alongside her in consultancy, helping brands strengthen their foundations, scale with purpose, and unlock their full potential. Gaia empowers clients to uncover their core values, discover their "Why," and elevate their customer journey, whilst ensuring their brand identity is cohesive in tone, look, and feel, and positioned for a lasting impact.
